A 800 Amp Electrical Service supplying a main house, carriage house, cabana and pool. A 125KW (333A) Baldor Generator supplying one (1) main panel and two (2) sub-panels through a 320 Amp Eaton Cutler Hammer transfer switch with GenMax automatic load shedding provides uninterrupted backup power. The generator is remotely mounted outdside behind the carriage house.
Multiple air conditioning units, kitchen range and oven, refrigerators are controlled by load shed to maximize the generator output and efficiency while ensuring the generator is never overloaded.
